BOMBSHELL ALLEGATIONS: Minnesota Law Enforcement Stood By as Elected Officials Were Attacked? Official Story “Falling Apart Fast”

What’s going on everyone, Jeremy here from TheQuartering, and we have some pretty wild updates from the Vance Bolter case that have us questioning everything. Not only have we gained access to his notebook found in his car, but we’ve also uncovered chilling information suggesting that Minnesota PD may have deliberately allowed him to target two Democrats. This entire story is unraveling, and frankly, nothing seems to add up.

The official narrative surrounding this Minnesota lawmaker incident is full of holes, and the deeper we dig into Vance Bolter’s alleged hit list and the backstory, the more it absolutely reeks of a cover-up hiding in plain sight.

Unbelievable Inaction: Police “Let Him Take The Shot”?

The most disturbing revelation is the report that Minnesota PD officers were allegedly on the scene and stood by, watching, as Vance Bolter took out Representative Hortman in her home. This is absolutely obscene. According to reports, two Brooklyn Park police officers were already at Representative Hortman’s house, having been dispatched to check on her after learning of the shooting of Senator Hoffman. They reportedly saw Bolter’s black SUV parked in the driveway and Bolter himself standing in front of the house, dressed as a police officer, wearing a Halloween mask and a fake police uniform.

Despite this clear sighting, and after a short firefight where Bolter drew his weapon and began firing at the officers, they allegedly sat and watched as he rushed into the home, firing repeatedly. Bolter then entered and tragically murdered Representative Hortman and her husband, Mark. And then, unbelievably, police reportedly let him escape out the back door. Officers did fire at Bolter as he rushed into the home, but he still got in and out. We have to ask: Why didn’t they stop him right there in the driveway? Why did they let a 60-year-old man outrun two police officers?

A Story Riddled with Contradictions

The inconsistencies don’t stop there, making the idea of a cover-up even more plausible.

• The “Roommate” Lie? Authorities initially claimed Bolter lived with a Papa John’s delivery guy who called him a Trump supporter. Yet, Fox 9 reports a completely different story: Bolter is married, lives with his family, and owns a sprawling home. Why would they invent a fake roommate?
• The Hit List Discrepancies: Senator John Hoffman, who was reportedly “taken out,” isn’t even on Bolter’s alleged hit list. On the other hand, Carrie Dried, who passed away of cancer six months ago, is on the list.
• Physical Description Mismatch: Bolter is described as 6’1″ and 220 lbs, but the man seen in the footage appears slim and nearly a foot shorter. We’ve seen images, and to us, the man in the video simply doesn’t look like Bolter.
• Police Presence vs. Action: Police were allegedly at the scene before Bolter arrived, yet a shootout erupted at the front door. None of it adds up, and it frankly “smells like a cover up”. One investigator even commented that it’s starting to feel more like the movie “Civil War,” where no one knows who’s fighting for what.

Bolter’s Meticulous Planning and Troubling Details

Despite the police’s alleged inaction, Bolter’s attack was meticulously planned. We now have pages from his notebooks, which were recovered from his car. These notebooks contained a list of more than 45 Minnesota state and federal elected officials, including Representative Hortman. He reportedly researched his victims and their families, using the internet and other tools to find their addresses and names. He conducted surveillance of their homes, taking notes about their locations. For example, beneath Hortman’s name, he noted “married Mark two children 11th term,” and a separate note described her home as a “Big house off Golf Course two ways to watch from one spot”.

Bolter also carefully disguised himself as a police officer, outfitting his black SUV with police lights and a police license plate, wearing a black tactical vest and body armor, and carrying a police flashlight. He even wore a hyperrealistic silicone mask, though we have to admit, it doesn’t look that hyperrealistic to us, and it doesn’t look like the same guy in the footage. In his car, police also found five more firearms, including assault-style rifles, and a large quantity of ammunition.

Bolter’s Court Claims and Unanswered Questions

Bolter, who is 57, is now facing federal and state charges that could potentially land him the death penalty, though we’re unsure if Minnesota even has that. He allegedly texted, “Dad went to war last night i don’t want to say anymore because I don’t want to implicate anybody“. He also sent an apologetic message to his wife, warning her, “words are not going to explain how sorry I am for the situation there’s going to be some people coming to the house armed and trigger-happy i don’t want you guys around“. Authorities found $10,000 in cash and passports for his wife and some of their five children in his wife’s car during a traffic stop.

In federal court in St. Paul, Bolter, appearing in an orange jumpsuit and slippers, claimed he couldn’t afford a private lawyer. He stated he only had a part-time gig bringing in about $540 weekly. This is despite him owning a home, seven cars, and having between $20,000 and $30,000 in his bank account. The judge agreed it was unlikely he could afford a private lawyer and he was held without bail.

Federal prosecutors have called his alleged crime “extremely serious”. Bolter allegedly wrote a manifesto and listed other elected officials he planned to target, but these have not been fully released. The most pressing question remains: We still know absolutely nothing about his motivation. Where was this guy’s money going? We’re left wondering if someone was funding him.
