Our Exclusive Report: Courtroom Chaos and Mounting Evidence Dog Diddy’s High-Stakes RICO Trial
Things are certainly worsening for Diddy in his ongoing trial, and as we’ve been covering, the state, specifically the Southern District of New York, seems to be building a brutal case against him. While initial headlines focused on “spicy bedroom stuff,” none of that was truly what he was on trial for. The state’s case, which we believe was poorly made regarding Cassie, suggested she was there against her will, though to us, she seemed a willing participant. We remain convinced that Diddy may have been a state or federal asset who was “burned”.
Courtroom Eruption Causes Disruption
Just this morning, the courtroom erupted for what we believe is the second time in two days. An individual was ejected from the courtroom after disrupting proceedings, even before the jury was seated. As proceedings began, the judge discussed a compilation video exhibit with the prosecution and defense. There was a question about an expert’s testimony, and the defense questioned certain edits of the video, claiming they distorted the actual event. The prosecution noted that timestamps on security videos are routinely inaccurate, which we know to be true. They also discussed a video played yesterday featuring a former Diddy employee, “Maya,” testifying under a pseudonym. The prosecution intends to introduce a recording of Diddy’s jail phone calls where he organized social media celebrations of his own birthday, which, in our opinion, is not against the law.
The disruption occurred when a woman stood up, screaming and swearing, saying “it’s not an effing game” and calling out to Diddy, “they’re coming after you”. The judge immediately ordered her removal. We believe this incident highlights the jury selection process, as such individuals must be weeded out to ensure a fair trial.
Racketeering Charges Mount Against Diddy
This is a RICO case, meaning the prosecution only needs to prove Diddy is guilty of two out of eight charges to secure a conviction. Several of these charges appear undeniable, including drugs, arson, and prostitution, already totaling three charges. Even if he escapes the other five charges, the prosecution has enough to get their man, similar to how Trump’s recent trial unfolded. Vocal bystanders have also gathered outside the courthouse throughout the trial, with TMZ obtaining video of one person outside this morning. We also saw a “cloud chaser” attempting to go viral outside the courtroom.
Damning Witness Tampering Testimony
One of the latest and most significant updates concerns the LA hotel security officer, Garcia. This involves one of the eight charges against Diddy: witness tampering, and we believe the prosecution has him “dead to rights” on this.
Here’s a breakdown of Garcia’s testimony:
- Diddy’s associate, Combmes, presented hotel security with $100,000 in cash in a brown paper bag.
- After hotel security signed NDAs, Combmes left and returned with the bag and a money counter.
- Combmes counted stacks of money, $10,000 at a time, until it reached $100,000.
- The original deal for the 2016 video with Garcia’s boss was $50,000, but Combmes stated the excess cash was for the other two security guards.
- Combmes had Ventura on a call to reassure hotel security that the video was “for sale”.
- Garcia testified he expressed concerns about selling the only copy of the video, especially if Ventura had already filed a police report.
- Garcia then ended up on a FaceTime call with Combmes and Ventura. Combmes told Ventura to tell Garcia that she wanted the video “to go away”. Ventura reportedly stated it wasn’t a good time for the video to come out and she wanted it gone.
- Garcia, a security guard making only $10.50 an hour, received $100,000 for himself and two other employees for helping Diddy keep the incident under wraps.
- He also signed an NDA with a $1 million penalty for breach.
- Combmes warned Garcia not to make any big purchases. Garcia used the money to buy a used car and did not deposit any of the cash into a bank.
While the defense attorney, Brian Seal, attempted to undermine this by pointing out a line in the NDA that Garcia was not prevented from speaking with police, prosecutors quickly countered. They showed the NDA required written notice to the company in such cases, allowing the company to seek options to prevent disclosure. Garcia testified that he understood “the company” to be Combs. This doesn’t look good for the defense.
Public Figures Weigh In
The trial has also drawn attention from high-profile figures. We learned that 50 Cent has warned Donald Trump about Diddy after Trump was asked if he would consider a pardon. Trump, when asked by Page Six, stated he hadn’t been watching the trial too closely and hadn’t spoken to Diddy in years, but acknowledged people were “thinking about” a pardon. We believe simply showing Trump that Diddy previously said electing Trump president would ignite a race war would make any pardon consideration “go out the window”.
Furthermore, figures like Madonna, Judd Apatow, and Chadwick Boseman have been “dragged in” due to their presence at various events, though not as participants. Jamie Foxx also weighed in, blasting Diddy as “nasty”. Foxx suggested that the Black community has lost a hero, stating, “White people, it’s cool, but for black people, it’s like that was our hero. All that gosh darn baby oil. Fox added for black people in here. You know how that hurts cuz Diddy was all about the Benjamins. That was our whole culture. Now it’s all about the baby oil”.
It appears the prosecution has done a very good job proving their case. Diddy seems “cooked”. We’ll have to wait and see the final outcome. Be sure to leave a like on this video and subscribe for more updates!
