Explosive Diddy Trial Developments: Videos Released and Shown to Jury
The details are heating up today in the ongoing situation involving Diddy, with significant video evidence coming to light and being presented in court.
A full unredacted 15-minute video has been released to the internet. This video, captured at a hotel in 2016, shows Diddy and Cassie Ventura in a hallway. We saw the full, unedited 15-minute version. The video reveals more of the story than previous versions, showing Cassie emerging first, followed by Diddy wrapped in a towel. It depicts him dragging her by her hooded sweatshirt and grabbing her cell phone. He is then seen sitting down and angrily throwing something, knocking over a vase.
In this extended video, we see Cassie reach for a house phone and talk. Shortly after, a tall security official appears. This person is in fact an LAPD officer who works security at the hotel at the time, identified as Flores, from whom we heard testimony. The full video shows Flores talking to Diddy and Cassie, pointing to the broken vase. Flores appears to laugh and smile while talking to Diddy, who is seated. Diddy returns to his room, but the guard remains. Cassie then comes back and the guard appears to follow Diddy into the room, with Cassie also entering. A custodian also enters the room. Cassie later emerges with her bags and walks away, followed moments later by the guard. Diddy also comes out, still in his towel and socks. Finally, custodians emerge from the room with a trash bag. We learned that Flores referenced the broken vase in testimony and testified that Diddy later tried to bribe him for his silence. It’s important to note that Diddy is not on trial for any of this specific incident. He has apologized for it and paid Cassie off. Releasing this video appears to be a desperate PR move.
Beyond the hotel video, the jury is watching videos of “freakoffs”. There was a break in testimony ordered by the judge as the court viewed video evidence of these videos. There was even an issue with privacy screens on the juror screens. These videos are expected to be shown later, potentially lasting anywhere from 1 to 10 hours.
Testimony in court has detailed these “freakoffs”. We’ve seen text messages discussed in court about them. Cassie Ventura’s testimony revealed the impact, stating she would take pills to recover and wanted to feel numb. She would also get massages and IV fluids. She testified to taking opiates often after these events. Cassie reported getting UTIs and having them be very painful, with antibacterials no longer working. She also had sores on her tongue, which were identified as friction sores. She stated she was open with him about them and felt sick. We also learned that sometimes an escort was present in the same room during these events. Cassie allegedly refused Diddy’s request to kiss escorts. Horrifying texts that Diddy sent after the “freakoffs” have also been revealed.
There’s been discussion around the nature of the charges. While testimony details alleged abuse and disturbing events, questions have been raised about whether the evidence presented constitutes racketeering, Rico, or trafficking, as opposed to potentially prostitution or domestic issues. Trafficking has not been proven at all so far. It feels like the prosecution is blowing this. We haven’t seen proof that he forced anyone to take drugs or threatened to release videos.
In other news surrounding the case, Suge Knight suggested that Trump will pardon Diddy if convicted. We can guarantee that Trump will not pardon Diddy. Diddy has been outspoken against Trump. Knight’s reasoning seemed to involve potential jury tampering or influence.
Things are heating up in the trial. With hardcore videos and vile texts coming out, it’s clear this is a significant moment. These videos are going to be released out there; we suspect later today they will be out on the internet.
