Karmelo Anthony’s Family’s Actions Add Years to Sentence as Bail Lies and Fraudulent Operations Uncovered!
We’re bringing you some critical updates in the Karmelo Anthony case today, revealing how the actions of his family and their chosen “advocates” appear to be significantly worsening his situation. We’ve uncovered shocking details regarding lies about his bail payment and the fraudulent activities of organizations involved in his defense.
Dominique Alexander’s Bail Lies Exposed
Our exclusive updates confirm that Dominique Alexander, who positioned himself as the family’s advocate, has been caught in yet another lie concerning Karmelo Anthony’s bail. Alexander initially claimed that a pastor, Corey C. Tony of No Limit Bonds, paid the full bond amount free of charge. However, we have obtained a copy of the surety bond form which definitively shows that a man named Leo Ortiz paid for Karmelo Anthony’s bond.
Leo Ortiz runs “bring them home 24/7 bail bonds” in Fort Worth, Texas. It’s highly unusual for a bondsman to directly pay the bond; typically, a bondsman guarantees a bond for a percentage of the total amount. Ortiz also has multiple possession charges and is affiliated with other businesses, including “bring them in investigations,” operating as a licensed private investigator under Malik Rasheed. We reached out to Dominique Alexander for comment on why he lied to cover for Ortiz and implicated Corey Tony, but received no response.
Fraudulent Next Generation Action Network (NGN) Implicated
Adding to the layers of questionable behavior, the Next Generation Action Network (NGN), run by convicted felon Dominique Alexander, has been revealed as a fraudulent organization. NGN was initially tasked with defending Karmelo Anthony but has since been asked to step away.
Here are the disturbing facts we’ve uncovered about NGN:
- NGN is being funded by George Soros-affiliated money.
- Dominique Alexander, despite publicly admitting to assisting with Karmelo’s GoFundMe and securing legal defense, refuses to release financial reports and has not filed a financial statement for his organization since 2020.
- NGN’s 501(c)(3) has received money from at least three George Soros-funded organizations: the Tides Foundation ($25,000 cash), BVM Capacity Building Institute ($7,500 cash), and Resist Inc. ($7,000 cash).
- Despite bringing in six figures as of 2020, NGN has filed only two IRS reports since its inception in 2014, violating federal law which requires annual returns of income and expenses.
- Service records also show NGN received a grant from Good Work Dallas, which shares the same registered address, potentially indicating money laundering. We believe this constitutes tax fraud and should be reported to the IRS and investigated.
Family’s Actions Add Years to Karmelo’s Sentence
Perhaps the most alarming development is how Karmelo Anthony’s family, particularly his mother, has effectively sentenced her own son to an extra 10 to 30 more years in prison. Our legal expert, an attorney with over 20 years of practice, explains that this stems from the choice of Dominique Alexander as a family spokesperson. Alexander is a convicted felon who pleaded guilty to felony charges for shaking a 2-year-old baby, causing brain damage.
This “baby shaking minister” has, according to our legal expert, absolutely destroyed Karmelo’s case by ostracizing the single most important person in the case: Jeff Medcafe, the father of the young man Karmelo Anthony killed, Austin Medcafe. In murder cases, especially when the victim is gone, the case lives on through the victim’s next of kin. Judges, prosecutors, reporters, and even jurors look to the victim’s parents to gauge how to react. Jeff Medcafe is the “lynchpin to Karmelo’s entire future”.
Months ago, when reporters asked Jeff Medcafe how he felt about Karmelo Anthony, he stated, “You know what, I’ve already forgiven this person already.” This statement of forgiveness was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for Karmelo’s defense, requiring an emergency meeting and a complete shift in legal strategy to revolve around Jeff Medcafe.
However, instead of leveraging this, Karmelo’s mother chose to hand the microphone at a press conference to Dominique Alexander. Furthermore, we’ve learned that the family has brought in Charleston White to smear the Medcafe family, spreading wild lies like the son breaking the dad’s arm. Karmelo’s dad, Drew Anthony, has also reportedly been harassing reporters.
These actions, both in and after the case, have virtually guaranteed a “big big sentence” for Karmelo Anthony. We believe he deserves it.
