Karmelo Anthony PLANNED His Terrible Act, Hires GRIFTING BLM Lawyer & WE DESTROY His Self Defense Lie
We can’t even believe this needs to be said, but let’s be crystal clear: the idea of self-defense in the case of Karmelo Anthony is a complete joke. Anyone suggesting otherwise is either deeply connected to this individual, attempting to grift off the situation, or simply seeking attention by being contrarian. The details of this case are shockingly straightforward, and the more witness statements we examine, the more convinced we are that Karmelo Anthony orchestrated events to justify taking another person’s life.
In our opinion, Anthony went to this location with the explicit purpose of causing trouble. If he wasn’t, the subsequent events, corroborated by multiple witnesses, demonstrate a clear escalation on his part to a point where he believed he could claim self-defense. But as we’ll show you, relying on actual self-defense law, this isn’t even close to being a legitimate case, and this individual should spend the rest of his days behind bars. It’s astounding that a judge has already ruled out the death penalty and even life in prison, especially considering his choice of representation: a fancy new BLM lawyer.
Speaking of which, let’s get into some truly disturbing new developments in Karmelo Anthony’s defense. His newly hired attorney, Kim T. Cole, serves as general counsel for the Next Generation Action Network Foundation (NGAN). This organization, a BLM-supporting 501(c)(3), has allegedly brought in six figures but has only filed two IRS reports since its inception a decade ago in 2014. Federal law mandates that 501(c)(3) organizations file annual income and expense returns with the IRS. Records also indicate that NGAN received a massive grant from another entity, Goodwork Dallas, which shares the same registered address – a detail that raises serious questions of potential money laundering.
Furthermore, this group has a history of repeatedly opening new 501c organizations (three and four) under slightly altered names, only to have their status revoked for failing to file financial reports. It appears that when scrutiny intensifies, they simply create a new entity, allowing funds to seemingly “disappear”. This involves multiple federal EINs, state recognition, and missing entities across the years these organizations were supposedly active. This fraudulent foundation is run and was founded by Dominique Alexander, Karmelo Anthony’s so-called “family advocate” and a known felon with a history of fraud, forgery, hitting women, and a conviction for hitting a kid.
Adding to this alarming picture, Dominique Alexander has a track record of inciting aggressive protests, including arriving at people’s private homes to “protest” and intimidate jurors. Dominique was also reportedly responsible for the protest in Dallas that tragically ended with the death of five police officers. In a recent press conference, acting as Karmelo’s advocate, Dominique Alexander claimed the bond was too high and baselessly argued self-defense, falsely stating that Karmelo’s family was dealing with racism and bigotry – a blatant lie intended to stir up further division.
This is the individual and the organization now deeply involved in Karmelo Anthony’s defense. They’ve reportedly collected six-figure sums while engaging in what is known as 501(c) bouncing, avoiding IRS filings and shifting money around tax-free. And let’s not forget, this “advocate,” Dominique Alexander, was arrested just five years ago for allegedly causing serious bodily harm to his girlfriend’s two-year-old child. This is the person leading the charge to defend Anthony.
Despite some misguided arguments suggesting self-defense, the facts are clear. There was an argument between Karmelo Anthony, who was from a rival school, and a group of students. Anthony was asked to leave and refused. According to multiple eyewitness accounts, he stood up and said, “Touch me and see what happens”. He then reached into his bag, pretending to have a weapon (he hadn’t yet pulled it out), and said, “Punch me see what happens”. This never occurred. Instead, the victim, Alton McKef, either touched or grabbed Anthony (witness accounts vary slightly on the specifics of the contact). It was at this point that Karmelo Anthony allegedly stabbed Alton once in the chest before fleeing. Upon apprehension, Anthony reportedly asked if Alton would be okay and claimed self-defense. Simply uttering “self-defense” doesn’t make it so.
The claim that Anthony was acting in self-defense is ludicrous. Witnesses consistently report that Anthony escalated the situation. He sat under the wrong tent, refused to move, grabbed his bag, opened it, reached inside (implying he was armed), and then issued his threats. He armed himself and deliberately provoked a physical reaction. When the victim finally made contact, Anthony allegedly used the knife he had already made accessible. This was a calculated escalation, not self-defense.
Under Texas law, the use of deadly force in self-defense requires a reasonable belief that such force is immediately necessary to protect against the attempted use of unlawful deadly force. There is absolutely no evidence to suggest that Alton McKef was threatening unlawful deadly force against Karmelo Anthony. On the contrary, the evidence strongly suggests that Anthony was the one engaged in provocation, intentionally trying to elicit a physical response to justify using his knife.
Let’s be clear: putting your hands on someone, while potentially simple battery, does not justify deadly force. The fact that Anthony’s first reaction was to claim self-defense speaks volumes – it indicates a pre-planned narrative, not a genuine act of defense in a moment of fear. This individual deliberately escalated this situation to, in his mind, justify taking another person’s life. The facts are irrefutable, and anyone arguing otherwise is either acting in bad faith, seeking attention, or fundamentally misunderstands the details of this tragic case and the basics of self-defense law. This person deserves to spend his life in prison, and any lesser outcome would be a grave injustice.
