Karma Catches Up: Content Thieves Face Lawsuit After Publicly Admitting Theft
We are reporting on a situation that exemplifies true online karma, as three individuals who maliciously re-streamed copyrighted content are now facing a significant lawsuit from Ethan Klein. These self-proclaimed “super geniuses” publicly admitted their intent to re-stream Mr. Klein’s work, believing they could profit from it and rob him of ad revenue, only to find themselves served with legal papers.
The situation began when Ethan Klein created an exposé on Hassan Piker, which he strategically copyrighted in the background. Three individuals, identified as Caseyron, Froggen Denims, and another who notably celebrated 9/11 and wished American soldiers PTSD, then decided to organize and publicly announce they would be re-streaming this content. They openly admitted that their actions were not fair use, generating thousands of dollars in revenue for themselves by infringing on copyrighted material.
Public Admissions and Disregard for Fair Use These individuals brazenly gloated about their actions, confident they would not face consequences. However, their attempts to bypass legal protections by claiming “fair use” are highly unlikely to succeed, as they explicitly went out of their way to state they were “stealing money from Ethan Klein”. Their actions were a clear attempt at theft, not a legitimate use of content.
GoFundMe Campaigns and Public Scrutiny In response to being served with legal papers, all three have initiated GoFundMe campaigns for their legal defense. So far, Caseyron has raised $34,000, Froggen Denims $30,000, and the third individual $28,000, totaling approximately $90,000. However, it is our strong belief that this amount will not even cover a fraction of the legal costs they will incur, let alone the damages Ethan Klein is expected to be awarded.
Adding insult to injury, their GoFundMe pages have been flooded with sarcastic and mocking donations from the public, many explicitly stating the money is intended for Ethan Klein’s victory fund, not for the defendants themselves. Messages like “$5 for Ethan” and “this isn’t for you, you’re a trash human being, this is for Ethan” clearly show the public’s sentiment.
Vile Rhetoric and Personal Attacks The individuals involved are, in our opinion, vile individuals. The person who celebrated 9/11 also stated that American soldiers “deserve PTSD”. Caseyron, arguably the most repulsive, has a history of making egregious statements. We’ve seen her call everyone an “incel” while ironically claiming to be married to a “loser”. Furthermore, she recently made disturbing comments regarding the tragic self-termination of streamer Reckful, even hoping another streamer, Destiny, would experience a similar outcome after a psychedelic experience.
When faced with the consequences of her actions, Caseyron was seen crying, with her father reportedly emotional. She attempted to evoke sympathy by referencing her father’s disability, an act we find manipulative. We believe her emotional distress is a direct result of her own criminal actions, not something to garner pity for. She also claims to be perpetually harassed, yet what she engaged in was outright theft.
The Real Consequences of Online Theft These individuals, who our viewers likely have never heard of due to their irrelevance prior to this lawsuit, have finally faced reality. We’ve experienced lawsuits ourselves, even winning a “slam dunk” victory, yet still lost significant funds. We cannot imagine the financial devastation these three clowns will face.
It’s also notable that these individuals are taking money, seemingly from the “Free Palestine” crowd they tangentially appeal to, diverting funds that could otherwise go to suffering people in Gaza towards a “frivolous lawsuit”. We find it “poetically hilarious” that this money will now ultimately go to a Jewish individual, given their alleged anti-Semitic rhetoric.
This entire situation is a powerful demonstration of karma. They committed theft, profited from it, and are now experiencing the very real consequences they thought they could avoid. We will continue to follow this case closely and can’t wait to see how it pans out.
