Tesla Vandal CONFRONTED and Faces Business Fallout as Tesla Owners Fight Back Against Vandals!
We’ve got a developing story that’s sure to have you talking – and it involves some satisfying justice being served to those who target Tesla owners. We recently shared a video showing the confrontation of a Tesla vandal, and let me tell you, it went exactly as you might expect. This individual, caught in the act, initially tried to play it cool, claiming it was just a “free service” and that the damage could be wiped off with a towel. However, when pressed about the nature of the markings – specifically if a swastika was drawn – the tone shifted dramatically.
In an unbelievable turn of events, this vandal, who we’ve since learned is a business owner, is now facing the consequences of his actions as his business faces significant repercussions. As we said in our video, it’s exactly what needs to happen. These individuals need to understand that there are real-world penalties for their behavior.
But that’s not all. We also highlighted another case out of North Texas where a Tesla owner is taking decisive action, slapping a vandal who keyed his Model X at DFW airport with a $1 million lawsuit. The accused, Raphael Hernandez, has been arrested and is facing charges of criminal mischief. This Tesla owner, represented by Majid Nak Nashawati of Nashawati legal group, isn’t just seeking compensation for the damage, lost wages, and emotional distress; he wants to send a clear message that such acts of vandalism will not be tolerated. As Mr. Nashawati stated, “There’s a line between civility and anarchy” and these actions cannot be excused by political disagreements.
We couldn’t agree more. As we emphasized in our video, Tesla owners should not be afraid of these “losers”. If your car is damaged and you can catch the perpetrator, take it to the maximum legal penalty. Sue them, and as we said, consider taking it to federal court to inflict maximum financial pain.
Adding to this trend of holding vandals accountable, we also covered the bizarre case of a Florida woman who was arrested and charged with a felony after smacking a large wad of chewing gum onto a Tesla. Yamarus Morero caused nearly $3,000 in damage to the door handle mechanism. The Tesla owner in this case believes he was targeted due to the political views associated with Elon Musk. Morero was reportedly stuck in police custody on a $2,500 bond. As we commented, it’s hard to imagine she thinks it was “worth it” now that she’s facing serious charges.
These incidents, happening across the country, underscore a disturbing trend of vandalism targeting Tesla vehicles. However, the response from Tesla owners is becoming equally clear: they are fighting back. As one Tesla owner, Mitch Mitchell, said, “That’s just completely wrong. I don’t see why somebody would do anything like that”.
We stand firmly with Tesla owners who are taking action. As we said in our video, if anyone carves something into our car, we will take “every penny they have. Every penny their children have. Every penny they thought they might earn for the rest of their life” and donate it. It’s time these vandals face the full consequences of their actions.
