Poor Bill Gates must still be bitter that Elon Musk outed him as a fraud philanthropist not long ago because Gates is not whining about Elon taking over Twitter.
Speaking at the Wall Street Journal’s CEO Council Summit in London, the Microsoft Founder commented on Musk’s purchase of Twitter.
“He actually could make it worse,” Gates said.
“That’s not his track record,” he continued. “I mean his track record with Tesla and SpaceX is pretty mind blowing at putting together a great team of engineers and taking the people who work in those fields in a less bold way and really showing them up. I kind of doubt that will happen this time, but we should have an open mind and never underestimate Elon.”
Last month, Musk eviscerated Bill Gates with a brutal meme amid a leaked text exchange between the two billionaires.
Musk tweeted “in case u need to lose a boner fast” and a meme of Bill Gates side by side with Apple’s new “pregnant man” emoji.
This came as a Twitter account called “Whole Mars Catalog” tweeted:
So apparently Bill Gates hit up @elonmusk to discuss “philanthropy on climate change” but Elon asked if he still had a half billion dollar short position on $TSLA.
Bill said he hasn’t closed it out, so Elon told him to get lost. No idea if this is true lol
