We’ve got some updates on the Black Panther 2 filming and what they are going to do about Chadwick Boseman.
Marvel Studios is moving ahead with Black Panther 2 even as the studio has yet to decide what to do about the character of T’Challa in the wake of actor Chadwick Boseman’s death earlier this year. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Black Panther 2 begins filming in Atlanta in July 2021, with a shoot that could last up to six months under the direction of Ryan Coogler.
“Letitia Wright, Lupita Nyong’o, Winston Duke and Angela Bassett are expected to return for the new feature, with some saying Wright’s character may take on a more prominent role,” THR claims.
