The idea of an Amber Heard solo movie as Mera is both hilarious and super sad. I mean it would be great for the channel, but also more evidence men get the short end of everything in Hollywood.

It’s being reported by Geekosity’s Mikey Sutton that Warner Bros. Pictures is now considering making a solo Mera movie with Amber Heard as the lead. This comes after it was revealed that WarnerMedia would find it very difficult to fire Heard from Aquaman 2 due to her contract.

“I’m super excited about the amount of fan love and the amount of fan appreciation that Aquaman has acquired and that it has garnered so much excitement for Aquaman and Mera that it means we’ll be coming back,” Heard tells EW. “I’m so excited to film that.”
