Alright everyone, welcome back to our channel, where we’ve been tracking the latest developments in the Diddy trial. Things have definitely taken a very dark turn, and in some cases, a truly golden turn based on some of the testimony coming out. It’s been about a day and a half of testimony, and the stuff we’re hearing is pretty shocking. It’s honestly hard to describe in family-friendly ways, but we’ll do our best here.
We have witness testimony coming out now, and one of the spicier claims, as we put it in our video, is from a male escort. This individual, a male escort named Daniel Phillip, aged 41, was called to the witness stand. This is testimony given under penalty of law. Phillips testified about his encounters with Diddy, referred to as Combs, and his then-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, who is also expected to testify later.
According to Phillips, he was paid between $700 and $6,000 on several occasions from 2012 to 2014 to “lay with Diddy’s wife,” though the sources clarify this was Cassie Ventura, his girlfriend at the time. Phillips claims Diddy paid him to pleasure Ventura while Diddy watched and enjoyed the view himself. This raises questions about cuckoldry in the rap community.
Some of the testimony is incredibly graphic. Phillips described one instance where Diddy allegedly asked him to treat Ventura’s mouth like a urinal and fill it all the way up until she couldn’t breathe anymore. This isn’t exactly a term of endearment we’ve heard of. On several occasions, Ventura herself would allegedly ask for a “golden shower”. There was also a claim that Diddy told this escort to “impregnate his wife”.
Phillips detailed his first encounter in 2012, where he was pulled into Diddy’s orbit after working as a manager for a male review show. He went to the Graham Gmercy Park Hotel expecting a bachelorette party gig, but Cassie Ventura opened the door to her room. She allegedly asked if he was okay engaging just with her, stated it was her birthday, and said her husband had arranged a special gift. She immediately handed him a few thousand dollars. Combs was already in the room, clad in a white robe with a bandana covering his face. Ventura reportedly asked Phillips to rub baby oil on her and assured him Combs wasn’t gay and wouldn’t touch him. Phillips didn’t recognize Combs at first but did when he spoke and he recognized his voice. Combs sat in a chair in the corner, which was referred to as the “cuck chair”. After hooking up, Ventura gave Phillips another few thousand dollars in cash and sent him away, but she took his phone number.
A few minutes after leaving, Phillips received a text from Ventura asking for pictures of his “junk” and to come back. He did, for another few hours. They continued rubbing baby oil and hooking up while Combs enjoyed from his “cuck chair”. Phillips claims he continued these encounters at hotels and private residences. He would send Ventura vulgar texts, though he cannot recall her ever responding. Each time he met them, he noticed candles, baby oil bottles, and Astrolide on the table.
On one occasion, Combs allegedly directed Phillips and Ventura through a roleplay and would often tell them to put more baby oil on each other. Combs would also instruct Phillips on where to “make his deposit”. Phillips also testified that on occasion, Combs would switch places with him to hook up with Ventura.
After these encounters, which could last anywhere from 1 to 10 hours, Ventura would go into the bedroom with Combs, leaving Phillips waiting on the couch for hours. Sometimes they would return and tell him to leave, other times they’d bring him back for another round. Phillips also stated that Combs videotaped them hooking up on a cell phone and camcorder. He even testified about faking finishing on one occasion after Combs instructed him to.
Beyond the sexual encounters, Phillips also testified about witnessing alleged physical abuse. He claims he saw Diddy pummeling Ventura, tossing her around like a rag doll, pushing her around, throwing a glass bottle at her, and dragging her by her hair. Ventura has also accused Diddy of putting his hands on her. Cassie is currently testifying in the trial, stating that some arguments would get aggressive and result in physical actions. The brutal video from the hotel where Diddy is tossing her around like a rag doll was reportedly shown. Despite witnessing this, Phillips claims he asked Ventura if she was okay, and she insisted she was, and they continued hooking up. Phillips said he also noticed Combs sneaking back into the room to watch.
Phillips testified that after Combs took photographs of his driver’s license, saying it was for “insurance,” he understood it to be a threat. He also claimed Combs allegedly offered him MDMA or Molly, which made him feel physically sick and nauseous but also euphoric. After one night, still under the influence and with a wad of cash, he roamed Times Square and handed out every dollar given to him, saying he didn’t care about the money but found it exciting to be around famous people.
When asked why he continued to meet with them, Phillips claimed he considered Ventura a friend and wanted to check up on her. He also stated he feared that if he aggravated Combs, he might be in danger. Hotel security also reportedly claims Combs offered them cash to stay quiet about pummeling his girlfriend.
It’s important to remember that the charges Diddy is facing are racketeering, trafficking, and prostitution. While the prostitution aspect seems “more set in stone,” much of this shocking testimony about physical abuse might be used by the prosecution to “shock the jury” and establish that Diddy is a “bad guy,” even though he’s not on trial for assault. Cassie Ventura’s testimony continues, and she reportedly moved to LA to be closer to Combs because she was in love, believing they were in a monogamous relationship, despite his controlling behavior.
In court, while this testimony is going on, Diddy has reportedly been seen sitting there reading the Bible. We’re not sure why, other than maybe for optics. We’re also anxiously awaiting any kind of A-list Hollywood celebrity names potentially coming up, as we feel a lot of people in Hollywood might be implicated in this.
