According to Heidi, Gina hangs out with “white supremacists.”
Gina Carano has responded to former U.S. Senator Heidi Heitkamp after the politician labeled the actress a “Nazi” on a talk show.
Heitkamp served as a U.S. senator from North Dakota from 2013 to 2019. She made a March 19 appearance on an episode of Real Time with Bill Maher, where the topic of Carano’s firing from Disney show The Mandalorian was raised.
On the topic of cancel culture, the host mused: “I don’t want to talk about cancel culture and this nonsense every week, but I just don’t think people understand how much this is a tsunami, and how fast the goalposts change, almost on a weekly basis.”
When the conversation turned to Carano’s high-profile termination from her role in the Disney+ hit, Heitkamp suggested that she was fired because: “She was a Nazi,” before adding: “She does hang with white supremacists.”
