Retirement cases so massive they require shipping pallets! This archaic system leads to processes taking months, but Musk’s team is determined to drag the government into the 21st century with online, digital processes that will take just a few days. It’s an “injustice to civil servants” to subject them to such outdated systems, Musk stated.

He cited the unbelievable example of the government being charged almost a billion dollars for a simple ten-question online survey that you could do with Survey Monkey for around $10,000.
