Lizzo has been slammed for taking a private jet to a Democrat event in Detroit to endorse US presidential candidate Kamala Harris.
The About Damn Time hitmaker, 36, who mocked Donald Trump’s comments that the whole US would ‘look like Detroit’ if Harris wins, was blasted by fans for arriving to the event over the weekend via luxury air travel.
Sharing a video of herself boarding the plane in a white suit, the singer – who hails from Motor City, said: ‘This is how a bad b*tch saves democracy. You ho’s couldn’t even spell democracy.’
One fan wrote: ‘Brags about Kamala turning the whole country into a poverty stricken Detroit – Struts onto private jet to prove she knows nothing about poverty.
Another penned: ‘She flew there on her private jet and thinks the whole country should be like Detroit. That’s a hard pass.
